Myer Australia | Brand Refresh - Nationwide

Task
Drive the creative for MYER’s nationwide refresh, clarifying the brand’s role at every stage of the customer journey. We built the platform around the “MY” in MYER to create a personal narrative, leading to the MY STORE tagline and a full-asset rollout.

Deliverables
Full omnichannel rollout spanning paid and owned social, in-store digital screens, OOH and street furniture, EDMs, catalogues, and a new brand book defining visual and verbal standards across consumer and internal touchpoints.
